free video player for RTMP & support ads

Question

I want to stream and play my videos (RTMP) from my custom server.

1. Can anybody let me know any flash player than can play rtmp stream?
2. and I want this player supports video Ads :)

I took a look on JWPLAYER and FlowPlayer but these are paid solutions

I'm trying to convert flash live stream to HTML5 using mips.tv channel,do you have any idea to do this? or any suggestion..?
