It seems that the ProcMon from May 13, 2014 version 3.10 works on XP.

When running procmon on Windows XP Pro SP3 I get this error:
Procmon.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point InitializeSRWLock could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.Is there a version for XP specifically?

Scott R over 4 yearsJust a heads up, I tried v3.53 on XP SP3 it worked fine but on XP SP2 but caused blue screen crash - it could be just me.
