Save as .pdf extention for Office 2003

For Office 2003, does it support the Save As .pdf plug-in (free) as found in Office 2007?

But you can install something like PDF Printer

microsoft.com/downloads/en/… // I think this will work. Its for a custom-web application that we built that uses Word and Excel '07 as its reporting service. Problem is, any User running 2003 was incompatible. This may prove to be the solution though. Thoughts?
